Complementing the Newstead Assistive Cutlery range, the Newstead Nelson Knife is designed to assist one-handed eating.

The curved cutting edge enables the user to cut food using a rocking motion, whilst the pronged end acts as a fork, enabling the food to be picked up and eaten without the need to change utensils.
