Returns
If you are having issues the item you purchased, please contact us and we will try our best to help resolve it. However, there may still be occasions when you wish to return a product to us. Our simple returns policy aims to make this as smooth and quick as possible.
Returns Policy
If you would like to return an item, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please Contact Us first to arrange the return.
All items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to charge for repairs, replacements or missing packaging.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Arrange a collection

You can post the item back to our head office at Redland Mobility, 6 Cholsey House, Oxford Road, Reading
RG30 1AP. We recommend you send the item by a tracked or recorded delivery method. Please note we will not be able to refund the cost of any postage.

You can return the item to our Showroom. in person.

If you are unable to return the item yourself, we can collect it for you. Please note this will incur a £10 collection charge which can be deducted from the balance which is to be refunded.

Exclusions
This returns policy does not apply to:
- Products made to order, eg riser recliner chairs and profiling beds
- Bespoke items which have been specially adapted to suit your requirements
- Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, eg unsealed incontinence, bedding, bathing, toileting or hygiene products
Refunds
Your refunds will normally be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item. Your payment method should be credited 3-5 days after the refund has been processed. Unfortunately we are only able to pay refunds by the original payment method.
